Fosterlings of orphanages do not have every day and communication skills that a child acquires in a family. And we help them fill this gap. The program of face-to-face trainings is aimed at developing viability – the skills necessary for responsible life.
The Foundation team conducts trainings in each orphanage, where the fosterlings - the Chance Program students - live. We impart to the orphans the life skills that children usually acquire in the family. We teach them to distribute their personal budget, choose foodstuffs in a store, pay for the housing and public utilities, tell them what professions exist, what higher or secondary educational establishment is better to apply to. We identify the strengths and weaknesses of each child and explain how to work on themselves in order to develop as a personality and a future professional.
